History
The watermill was built under the first owner of the estate, Burkhard Minich (1683-1767). It was located on the bank of a stream. Later, under the ownership of Karl Friedrich Siemens, the mill was rebuilt as one of Russia's first small hydroelectric power plants (HPPs), which provided the estate with electricity. According to some reports, electricity from the hydroelectric power station was even distributed to the peasants. 2gis.ru +2

According to legend, the millstone was thrown into the pond by Minich during the confiscation of the estate to the treasury. It was found in the 1940s while cleaning a pond.
