New rules for hotels from March 1, 2026
On March 1, 2026, new rules for the provision of hotel services came into force in Russia, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 27, 2025, No. 1912. They replaced the previously valid rules approved by Resolution No. 1853 of November 18, 2020. The new rules regulate relations in the field of providing services in hotels, sanatoriums, recreation centers, campsites and other accommodation facilities subject to classification.
